Movie Gallery on Highway 51 North was the site of an earlyevening robbery Tuesday, said Brookhaven Assistant Police ChiefNolan Jones.

An investigation is under way, but “things are still sketchyright now,” Jones said.

According to Jones, the robbery happened around 8:27 p.m.

“Two unidentified male subjects entered the building displayinghand guns and demanded cash from the registers,” Jones said.

The assistant chief said two video store employees were workingat the time of the robbery and the robbers “got the money andleft.”

Jones said an undetermined amount of money was taken from thestore.
