Services for Billy J. White of Hazlehurst are 11 a.m. Friday,Dec. 3 at Bethel Baptist Church with burial in Bethel Cemetery.Community Funeral Services is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation is Friday from 10-11 a.m. at the church.

Mr. White, 72, died Dec. 1, 2004, at his residence. He was bornin Hazlehurst on Sept. 26, 1932, to James White and Minnie AshleyWhite.

He was retired from the Air Force.

Preceding him in death were his parents; one sister; and onebrother.

Survivors are his wife, Elizabeth Jannie White of Hazlehurst;his daughter, Julia Rogers of Eastman, Ga.; his son, Billy J. WhiteJr. of Eastman; his sisters, Evelyne Hall, Christine Hutchinson andJimmie Dale Whittington, all of Hazlehurst; and threegrandchildren.
