Services for Theodore L. “Ted” Boarman of Jayess are 11 a.m.Saturday, Dec. 4 at Divide Memorial Methodist Protestant Churchwith burial in the church cemetery.

Visitation is today from 5-9 p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home inMonticello.

Mr. Boarman, 69, died Dec. 1, 2004, at Forest General Hospitalin Hattiesburg. He was born in Carrollton, Ill., on March 28, 1935,to James A. Boarman and Vernon Jackson Boarman.

He was a senior construction engineer with Bechtel PowerCorporation. He was a member of the Marines and the Army and servedin the Korean War. Mr. Boarman was a member of Divide MemorialMethodist Protestant Church.

Preceding him in death were his parents; two sisters; onebrother; and one son, Clay Boarman.

Survivors are his wife, Elizabeth Boarman of Jayess; his son,Chad Boarman and his wife, April, of Alabaster, Ala.; his sisters,Pat Brinkley and Marilyn Shepard, both of Johnson City, Tenn.; hisbrothers, Bill Boarman and Don Boarman, both of Johnson City; andtwo grandchildren.
