Services for Thomas F. Thompson of Wesson are 2 p.m. Sunday,Dec. 5 at Brookhaven Funeral Home Chapel.

Visitation is Saturday from 5-9 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mr. Thompson, 69, died Dec. 1, 2004, at the University ofMississippi Medical Center in Jackson. He was born in Copiah Countyon July 13, 1935, to Frank Thompson and Viola Lack Thompson.

He received an associates degree from Copiah-Lincoln CommunityCollege, where he was also retired as a heavy equipment instructorafter 12 years. He served for 22 years in the Air Force and was alifetime member of the American Legion. Mr. Thompson was a memberof Damascus Baptist Church in Hazlehurst.

Preceding him in death were his parents; and one sister, LillianBaldwin.

Survivors are his wife, Dena Thompson of Wesson; his daughter,Vicki Greer and her husband, Glynn, of Brookhaven; his sons, AaronThompson and his wife, Shelley, of Willow Wood, Ohio, BryonThompson of Wesson, and Steven Thompson of Starkville; his sisters,Carolyn Connelly of Walterboro, S.C., Martha Wiggins of Learned,and Janice Curtis of Utica; a special niece, Patricia Allen ofRaleigh; seven grandchildren; and several other nieces andnephews.
