Services for Norma Jean Hickman of Brookhaven are 2 p.m.,Monday, Dec. 13, at Macedonia Baptist Church. Riverwood FamilyFuneral Services is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation is Monday from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m.

Mrs. Hickman, 75, died Dec. 10, 2004, at her residence. She wasborn in Dallas, Texas on Dec. 24, 1928, to John Buster Oxford andRuth Gaddis Richardson of Brookhaven.

She was a retired court reporter. She was a member of MacedoniaBaptist Church, where she was a member of the Loyal Sunday SchoolClass and the Outreach Ministry. She was a member of the Order ofthe Eastern Star, Chapter #1 of Brookhaven, Mississippi CourtReporters Association and the Senior Adult Choir.

Preceding her in death was her father.

Survivors are her mother; her daughters and sons-in-law, Marieand Milton Daniels, Sharon and Frank Leggett, and Carol and KennethEvans, all of Brookhaven; her sons, John McCullar of Leggett, Texasand Mitchell Hickman Jr. of Picayune; her sister, Esther Haynes ofSeabrook, Texas; 15 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; herspecial extended family members; and a host of nieces andnephews.
