Services for Ethelean Wallace of Brookhaven are 11 a.m.Thursday, Dec. 23 at Second Baptist Church with burial in HillcrestCemetery.

Visitation is Wednesday from 1-5 p.m. at Williams Mortuary.

Mrs. Wallace, 85, died Dec. 19, 2004, at King’s DaughtersMedical Center. She was born in Brookhaven on May 5, 1919, to DanBrown Sr. and Lula Brown.

She was retired and a member of Second Baptist Church.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, DudleyWallace; one sister, Estella Davis; and one brother, AnnizeBrown.

Survivors are her sister, Bonnie Powell of Denver, Colo.; herbrothers, Dan Brown Jr. and his wife, Ivy, of Brookhaven, and RufusLyons and his wife, Emma, of Chicago, Ill.; her nieces, LindaMcCarty of Lansing, Mich., Irene Stewart and her husband, Bennie,of Tampa, Fla., and Ruby Fields of Brookhaven; her nephews, GregoryDavis of Lansing, and Leroy Stovall of Brookhaven; and many otherrelatives and friends.
