Dear Editor,

I would like to address a safety concern at the intersection ofSouth First Street and East Chickasaw, in front of theBrookhaven-Lincoln County Governmental Complex.

This is a very dangerous intersection, mostly in the afternoon.I take my kids to school and come home this way in the morningtraffic, which is light, but later in the day traffic getsheavier.

The mayor and the board Aldermen should look into putting up redlights or a three-way stop sign.
