Services for Katy Miers McNamee, of Brookhaven, are 10 a.m.Tuesday, Feb. 15 at Brookhaven Funeral Home Chapel with burial inEasthaven Cemetery.

Visitation is today from 5-9 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mrs. McNamee, 89, died Feb. 12, 2005, at Beverly Health Care.She was born in Copiah County on June 9, 1915, to Edward Earl Miersand Carrie Estell Furr Miers.

She worked for Smith Jewelry for 15 years. She was a member ofFirst Baptist Church.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, JamesAuthor McNamee; her son, Robert James McNamee; and her sister, MaryNell Miers Phillips.

Survivors are her two granddaughters, Kelsey McNamee and BetsyRose Ann McNamee, both of Brookhaven; her two grandsons, David B.McNamee and his wife, Nicole, of Petal, and James P. McNamee andhis wife, Randi, of Clinton; three great-grandchildren, J.T.McNamee, Calah McNamee and Katie Marie McNamee; and three nieces,Katy Ruth Wallace and Joy McAuthor, both of Tupelo, and Martha AnnLewis, of Bossier City, La.
