Services for James F. O’Quinn, of Wesson, are 2 p.m. Sunday,April 10 at Decell Methodist Church in Wesson with burial inShelton Cemetery in Copiah County.

Visitation is Saturday from 5-9 p.m. at Brookhaven FuneralHome.

Mr. O’Quinn, 79, died April 7, 2005, at Mississippi BaptistMedical Center in Jackson. He was born in Fayette on May 28, 1925,to Thomas Jefferson O’Quinn II and Estelle Bolls O’Quinn.

He was retired. He was owner of the Wesson Shopping Center and afarmer and oil field worker. He served in the Air Force and inWorld War II. He was a member of Decell Methodist Church.

Preceding him in death were his parents; and two brothers,Thomas O’Quinn and William O’Quinn.

Survivors are his wife, Mildred O’Quinn, of Wesson; his sons,Danny O’Quinn and his wife, Sheila, and Mark O’Quinn and his wife,Michelle, all of Wesson, Patrick S. O’Quinn and his wife, Pansy, ofBrookhaven, Jimmy O’Quinn and his wife, Casey, of Hattiesburg, andBill O’Quinn and his wife, Melinda, of Wesson; his daughters, PeggyCassels and her husband, Scott, of Tallahassee, Fla., and LoriSmithhart and her husband, Richard, of Pearl; his sisters, EstellPorter, of Natchez, Elizabeth Murphee, of Houston, Texas, andMildred Milery, of Mandeville, La.; 24 grandchildren; and fivegreat-grandchildren.
