Graveside services for James R. “Jim” Smith of Cumming, Ga.,were Sunday, May 29, at Sawnee View Gardens in Cumming. ByarsFuneral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Smith, 40, died May 26, 2005.

Survivors are his wife, Tonya Smith of Cumming; three daughters,Amber Smith of Oklahoma and Shanna and Samantha Smith, both ofCumming; parents, Ronald and Phyllis Smith of McCall’s Creek;sisters, Penny Duplantier and husband Ray of Suwanee, Ga., JodieOwen and husband Jeff of Marietta, Ga.; grandmother, RosalieMullins of McCall’s Creek; and a granddaughter, Katilyn Cole.

In lieu of flowers, a trust fund will be set up for the childrenof Jim and Tonya Smith.
