Services for James Kenneth Williamson, of Monticello, are 11a.m. Saturday, June 4 at Bethel Baptist Church with burial in thechurch cemetery.

Visitation is today from 5-9 p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home inMonticello and Saturday from 10-11 a.m. at the church.

Mr. Williamson, 74, died June 2, 2005, at Mississippi BaptistMedical Center in Jackson. He was born in Lawrence County on Aug.20, 1930, to Hezzie James Williamson and Fannie Hazel DavisWilliamson.

He was a retired maintenance worker with the Lawrence Countyschool system. He served in the Air Force. He was a member ofBethel Baptist Church.

Preceding him in death were his father; his wife, Peggy RoseLambert Williamson; and a daughter, Ellen Kelly.

Survivors are his mother; his daughters, Ann Minchew, ofWhitfield, and Jan Reeves, of Brookhaven; his son, James “Rocky”Williamson, of Monticello; his sisters, Jewellene McCloud andAudine Givens, both of Monticello; nine grandchildren; and eightgreat-grandchildren.
