Services for James Michael Nunnery, of Smithdale, were 10 a.m.today, Sept. 1 at Tangipahoa Baptist Church with burial in thechurch cemetery. Hartman Funeral Home of McComb is in charge ofarrangements. Dr. David Millican will officiate services.
Mr. Nunnery, 49, died Aug. 28, 2005, at Southwest MississippiRegional Medical Center. He was born in McComb on Sept. 16, 1955,to George Wayne and Betty J. Robinson Nunnery.
He was a service technician with Cap-Weld. He was a member ofTangipahoa Baptist Church.
Preceding him in death were his father; his first wife, VickiNunnery; and his grandparents.
Survivors are his mother; his wife, Shannon R. Nunnery, ofSmithdale; his sons, Jamie Colburn Nunnery, Lane Miller and ColtonAugustus Nunnery, all of Smithdale; his brothers, John WayneNunnery, of Brookhaven, and Jeffery Grant Nunnery and George RandalNunnery, both of Smithdale; one niece, Lacy Nicole Thompson and onegreat-nephew, Austin Drake Thompson.
Pallbearers were James Cato, Jeffery Nunnery, Ralph Wicker,Jimmy Robinson, Garland Burris, Douglas Robinson, Harry Wells andLarry Chisolm.
