The visiting Amite School Center Lady Rebels rallied from a 7-3deficit to pull out a 10-7 win over the Brookhaven Academy LadyCougars in girls fastpitch softball action at the Hansel KingSportsplex Thursday.

In the second game, the teams were tied 2-all at the end ofregulation play.

The losing pitcher was Maddie Allen.

Powering the BA girls with a inside-the-park grand slam home runand single was Emily Langley. Alex Grant smashed a soloinside-the-park homer and a single. Hitting safely were BrandiFalvey, Anna K. Mangold and Allen.

In the second game, Langley singled twice for Brookhaven. BetsyLynch and Falvey singled.

Brookhaven faces Jackson Academy Saturday morning in theHillcrest Tournament.
