Memorial services for Skip Mahnke, of Brookhaven, are 6 p.m.Tuesday, Sept. 20 at Riverwood Family Funeral Service Chapel.

Visitation is Tuesday from 4 to 6 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mr. Mahnke, 69, died Sept. 17, 2005, at his residence. He wasborn in Madison, Wisc., on Nov. 19, 1935, to James Mahnke andMarjorie Putman Mahnke.

He was retired from the Air Force. He was a member of EasthavenBaptist Church.

Preceding him in death were his parents.

Survivors are his wife, Melanie May Mahnke, of Brookhaven; hisson, Kenneth Bowman Jr., of Okmulgee, Okla.; his daughter, MariahReed, of Brandon; his brother, Bobby Mahnke, of Kansas City, Mo.;his sister, LaRue Everhart, of Riverside, Calif.; and threegrandchildren.
