Services for Troy W. Davis Jr., of Wesson, were 2 p.m. Sunday,Oct. 23 at Springhill Baptist Church in Wesson with burial in thechurch cemetery. Community Funeral Services was in charge ofarrangements.

Mr. Davis, 51, died Oct. 20, 2005, at his residence. He was bornon Sept. 6, 1954.

He was a law enforcement officer for the VeteransAdministration. He served in the Army and was a member of theBaptist faith.

Preceding him in death was his father, Troy W. Davis Sr.

Survivors are his wife, Debbie Davis; his daughters, AmberNicole Davis and Becky Davis Miller and her husband, Aaron, all ofWesson; his sister, Faye Lusk, of Vicksburg; his brother, CliffTrippe, of Lena; and two grandchildren, Hayden Reese and MadisonNicole Miller.
