“Ode to the Lonely Litter Receptacle”:

I’ve been sitting here next to the street for three or fourweeks with a wire fence around me. A FEMA or U.S. Corps giantlitter machine ran over me and made me unusable. FEMA/U.S. Corpsdidn’t want me. Am I plastic garbage can? Waste management doesn’twant me. Am I a plastic trash can? The city doesn’t want me. Youwould think after the recent trash/garbage fee increases, it wouldbe an honor to pick me up and give me a ride to the littercemetery.
