Services for Joe Thomas Atterberry, of Monticello, are noonFriday, Nov. 25 at Quin Temple Church of God In Christ inMonticello, with burial in the church cemetery. R.E. Tyler FuneralHome is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation is Friday from 11 a.m. until noon at the church.

Mr. Atterberry, 67, died Nov. 18, 2005, at Rankin County MedicalCenter in Brandon. He was born on Oct. 15, 1938, to JosephAtterberry and Mary Lee Jackson Atterberry.

He was a self employed mobile home repairman. He was a member ofQuin Temple Church of God In Christ in Monticello.

Preceding him in death were his parents; his first wife, JerleneAtterberry; his brother, W.D. Atterberry; his sisters, Queen AnnWalker, Hattie P. Bush and Elizabeth Cobbs.

Survivors are his wife, Barbara Phew Atterberry, of Monticello;his son, Joe Maurice Phew, of Monticello; his daughters,Antrineathea Phew, of Monticello, and Joyce Kinnard, of Brandon;his brothers, J.C. Atterberry and Jerry Atterberry, both ofMonticello; his sisters, Betty Atterberry, Joyce Atterberry, bothof Monticello, Daisy Langston and Adelaide Williams, both ofChicago, and Willie B. Williams, of Indianola; and threegrandchildren.
