Services for Irene Case, of Brookhaven, are 2 p.m. today, Jan. 9at Community Funeral Services Chapel with burial in MacedoniaBaptist Church Cemetery.

Visitation is today from noon until 2 p.m. at the funeralhome.

Mrs. Case, 77, died Jan. 8, 2006, at her residence. She was bornon May 18, 1928, to John Murray Wilkinson Sr. and Maybelle SykesWilkinson.

She was a homemaker.

Preceding her in death were her parents; two daughters, SandraMoak and Renee Case; one bother; and six sisters.

Survivors are her husband, Charles Case, of Brookhaven; her son,Ricky Case, of Brookhaven; her brother, J.M. Wilkinson, ofBrookhaven; and her sister, Lexie Covington, of Brookhaven; sevengrandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Jimmie S. Nicholls

Services for Jimmie S. Nicholls, of Meadville, are 2 p.m.Tuesday, Jan. 10 at O’Zion Baptist Church in Meadville with burialin the church cemetery. Community Funeral Services is in charge ofarrangements.

Visitation is today from 6 to 9 p.m. at the church.

Mrs. Nicholls, 90, died Jan. 8, 2006, at Meadville NursingCenter. She was born on June 8, 1915, to Jim Smith and CallieGammill Smith.

She was a homemaker.

Preceding her in death were her parents; and her husband,Lawrence Nicholls.

Survivors are her son, Mark Nicholls, of Meadville; her sister,Bernice Smith, of Shucktown; her sister-in-law, Ruby Smith, ofTupelo; two grandchildren; one great-grandchild; her longtimespecial friends, Betty Forman and Elaine Hutto; and a host ofnieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Melwin Smith, Elwin Smith, Clyde Farmer,Dale Barfoot, Richard Wilson and Jude Trafficano.

Melanie ‘MeMe’ Wilson Case

Services for Melanie “MeMe” Wilson Case, of Brookhaven, are 1p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 10 at Riverwood Family Funeral Service withburial in Philadelphia Church Cemetery.

Visitation is today from 5 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mrs. Case, 78, died Jan. 7, 2006, at Beverly Health Care. Shewas born on March 22, 1927, to Luther Wilson and Annie Lee WilsonWoolley.

She was retired. She was a member of Pleasant Hill BaptistChurch in Union Church.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, NelsonCase; her brothers, Bryan Wilson and Woodrow Wilson; and hersisters Leta Lee Wilson Middleton and Allie Mack Wilson.

Survivors are her sons, Jerry Nelson Case, of Brookhaven,Jennings W. Case Sr., of Natchez; and Donald Edwin Case, ofBrookhaven; her daughters, Lola Jean Case Smith, of Natchez, andJanet Lynn Case Murray, of Brookhaven; her twin sister, MaxineSmith Watts, of Brookhaven; 10 grandchildren; sevengreat-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

Pastor for services is the Rev. Mike Carr Sr.

Pallbearers are Johnny Fielder, Cam Fielder, Shawn Case, WoodyCase Jr., Rhett Case, Casey Gould, Donovon Case, and Drew Case.

Honorary pallbearer is Brent Fielder.
