Services for Edwin Douglas Woolley, of Jackson, was 12:30 p.m.,today, Feb. 17 at Wright and Ferguson Funeral Home on High Streetin Jackson with burial in Lakewood Memorial Park.

Mr. Woolley, 76, died Feb. 16, 2006, at Chadwick Nursing andRehabilitation Center. He was born in Jackson on Sept. 12, 1929, toR.E. “Edgar” and Mattie Calcote Woolley.

He lived in Jackson all of his life and attended school in HindsCounty. He attended Capitol Street United Methodist Church andlater attended Alta Woods United Methodist Church.

Preceding him in death were his parents.

Survivors are his guardians Eula Pierce (aunt), Linda Woolley(cousin), the Rev. Dr. Jerry Mitchell (his faithful minister),numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends who loved him. He isalso survived by his faithful caregivers, Mary Lewis and JoeCollier who also loved him for many years.
