Services for Freddie Farnham Raney, of Byram, are 2 p.m.Tuesday, March 14, at Stringer Family Chapel with burial inHazlehurst Cemetery.
Visitation is Tuesday from 12 to 2 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mrs. Raney, 72, died March 10, 2006, at Willow Creek RetirementCenter in Byram. She was born in Copiah County and lived there mostof her life.
She was a Jehovah’s Witness. She enjoyed music and loved towrite poetry. She loved people.
Preceding her in death were her husband of 35 years, MelvinFarnham; her son, Ernest Melvin Farnham; a brother; and mostrecently, her husband, Robert Raney.
Survivors are her sons, Joe M. Farnham Jr. and Sean C. Farnham,both of Madison; her daughters, Deborah F. Fallin, of Brandon, andVictoria Fitzpatrick, of Brookhaven; her sisters, Sarah Deines, ofSeattle, Wash., and Martha Baskin, of Brookhaven; her 12grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
