Ollie D. Reid

Services for Ollie D. Reid, of Monticello, are 4 p.m. today,April 10, at Bethel Baptist Church in Monticello with burial in thechurch cemetery. Wilson Funeral Home is in charge ofarrangements.

Visitation is today from 1 to 4 p.m. at the church.

Mrs. Reid, 95, died April 9, 2006, in Lawrence County. She wasborn in Lawrence County, on Dec. 16, 1910, to Jasper Davis andFannie Ballard Davis.

She was a homemaker. She was a member of Bethel Baptist Churchfor 70 years.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, H.E. Reid;her four brothers; her sister; and her infant child.

Survivors are her daughters, Sadie Butler and Jane Lambert, bothof Monticello; her sisters, Beulah Neal and Hazel Williamson, bothof Monticello; her four grandchildren; her six great-grandchildren;and her two great-great-grandchildren.
