Memorial services for James Edward “Son” Sanders, of Cleveland,formerly of Brookhaven, are 11 a.m. Friday, May 12 at St. JamesM.B. Church in Brookhaven. All floral tributes should be sent toWilliams Mortuary in Brookhaven.

Mr. Sanders, 63, died May 8, 2006, at Delta Regional MedicalCenter in Greenville. He was born on June 20, 1942.

He was a 1963 graduate of Alexander High School and earned aBachelor of Science degree from Mississippi Valley StateUniversity. He was retired from Cooper Tire and Rubber Co. inClarksdale.

Preceding him in death were his parents.

Survivors are his three sons; his two daughters; his sisters,Elaine Robinson, Johnnie Mae Jones, Virgie Mae Henderson, Annie”Bommie” Smith, all of Brookhaven, and Louella McDaniel, ofIndianola; his aunt, Aldora Fells, of Brookhaven; and his fourgrandchildren.
