Services for Irene Boyles Mitchell Duval, of Monticello, wereyesterday at Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with burial in MonticelloMunicipal Cemetery.

Mrs. Duval, 90, died May 12, 2006 at her home. She was born onOct. 12, 1915, to William Columbus Boyles and Maude Seville GloverBoyles.

She was a homemaker. She was a member of Sherwood BaptistChurch.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her husbands, CharlesE. Mitchell and F.J. Duval; her son, Kenneth Mitchell; and herbrothers, Claudine Boyles, Euell Boyles, and Buren Boyles.

Survivors are her sons, Charles Mitchell, of Wiggins, FreddieMitchell and Robert Mitchell, both of Baton Rouge, La; herdaughters, Carolyn Hathorn and Marilyn Raymond, both of BatonRouge; her stepdaughter, Juanita Fowler, of Fulshear, Texas; herdaughter-in-law, Mrs. Kenneth Mitchell, of Baton Rouge; herbrother, LaRue Boyles, of Jackson, her sister, Marie Templet, ofNew Hebron; 14 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
