Services for Kennith Charles Rockingham, of Brookhaven, are 1p.m. Friday, June 2, at St. James M.B. Church in Brookhaven withburial in Hillcrest Cemetery. Williams Mortuary is in charge ofarrangements.

Visitation is Thursday from 1 p.m. until 6 p.m. at the funeralhome.

Mr. Rockingham, 43, died May 27, 2006, at Mississippi BaptistMedical Center in Jackson. He was born on July 15, 1962, to WilliamHerman Rockingham and Flossie Rockingham Stepney.

He was a truck driver with McLane Southern. He was a 1980graduate of Brookhaven High School. He was a member of St. JamesM.B. Church.

Preceding him in death were his father; his stepfather, JohnnieStepney; and his brothers, Willie Earl Cain, Charles Cain and LeroyCain.

Survivors are his mother; his wife, Dorothy Rockingham, ofBrookhaven; his son, Kenny Rae O’Berry, of Brookhaven; hisdaughter, La’Ceta Denise Rockingham, of Brookhaven; his brothers,Herman Rockingham, of Shreveport, La., Kessler Rockingham, ofBrookhaven, Israel Rockingham, of Woodville, and Robert Cain, ofWesson; his sisters, Gloria Maye, of Hazlehurst, LevoiseRockingham, of Brookhaven, Carolyn Rockingham, of St. Paul, Minn.,Jacquelyn Rockingham, of Springfield, Ill., April Truss, ofBrookhaven, Barbara McNulty and Teresa Rockingham, both ofBrookhaven, Leteaser Koita, of Atlanta, Ga., Dorisa Brown, ofWesson, Dorothy Levi and Mary Muniz, both of Brookhaven, LoraBrown, of Wesson, Ethel Childs, of Brookhaven, and Gloria Cain, ofWesson; his stepsister, Linda Harris, of Hazlehurst; hisstepbrothers, Johnnie Stepney Jr., of Brookhaven, Jerry Stepney, ofHouston, Texas, Johnathan Stepney, of Monticello; and many nieces,nephews and other relatives.
