Services for Dorothy N. Herrington, of Ruth, are 2 p.m.Saturday, June 10, at Topisaw Baptist Church in Ruth with burial inthe church cemetery. Community Funeral Services is in charge ofarrangements.

Visitation is today from 4 until 10 p.m. at the funeral home,and on Saturday at the church from 10 a.m. until the time of theservice.

Mrs. Herrington, 81, died June 7, 2006, at her residence. Shewas born on July 18, 1924, to J.C. White Sr., and Willie WallWhite.

She was a homemaker. She was a member of Topisaw BaptistChurch.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, A.C.Herrington Jr.; her brothers, Aldon White; Hollis White, BradyWhite, Tom White; and her granddaughter, Christine Lester.

Survivors are her son, Laron Herrington, of Ruth; her daughter,Suzon Herrington Lester, of Ruth; her brother, J.C. White Jr., ofSontag; her sister, Voncille Prather, of Pearl; her grandchildren,Tony Lester, Ron Herrington and Sean Herrington; and her fivegreat-grandchildren.
