Services for Hattie Adams Hunt, of Roxie, are 2 p.m. Sunday,June 11, at New Jerusalem M.B. Church in Kirby with burial in HuntCemetery. Williams Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation is Saturday from 4 until 7 p.m. at the funeralhome.

Mrs. Hunt, 72, died June 5, 2006, at Natchez Community Hospital.She was born on July 14, 1933, to Louis Adams and Artamease JacksonAdams.

She was retired. She was a member of New Jerusalem M.B. Churchin Kirby.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband; her fourchildren; her two sisters and five brothers.

Survivors are her sons, Bill Hunt, of Ridgecrest, La., andDennis Hunt, of Roxie; her daughters, Verena Hunt and MattieCovington, both of Roxie; her sister, Maurice Miller, of Chicago,Ill.; her brothers, Jimmy Adams, of Natchez, Freddie James Adams,of New Orleans, La., J.L. Miller, of Roxie, Thomas Miller, ofLouisville, Ky., Leroy Miller, of Chicago, Freddie Miller ofIndianapolis, Ind., and Marvin Miller, of Roxie; her 25grandchildren; her 58 great-grandchildren, and two goddaughters
