Services for Theresa Marie Smith, of Columbia, were 10 a.m.Monday, June 12, at St. Stephens Episcopal Church with burial inWoodlawn Cemetery. Colonial Funeral Home was in charge ofarrangements.

Ms. Smith, 49, died June 8, 2006, at Wesley Medical Center. Shewas a native of Brookhaven.

She was a beautician. She was a member of St. Stephens EpiscopalChurch.

Preceding her in death was her mother, Patricia Ray Edwards.

Survivors are her daughter, Jourdan Smith, of Columbia; her son,Nicholas Smith, of Columbia; and her grandchild, Luke Stogner, ofColumbia.
