Services for Carrie Bell Marks Robinson, of Keller, Texas, are 2p.m. Saturday, July 1, at New Zion Union M.B. Church in BogueChitto, with burial the church cemetery. Williams Mortuary is incharge of arrangements.

Visitation is Friday from 1 until 6 p.m. at the funeralhome.

Mrs. Robinson, 82, died June 24, 2006, at Mimosa Nursing Home inKeller. She was evacuee from New Orleans, La. She was born in BogueChitto on March 26, 1924, to Zollie Marks Sr., and Mamie CorleyMarks.

She was disabled.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her brother, ZollieMarks; her sisters, Mamie Marks, Irma Weathersby and FlorenceBrown.

Survivors are her sons, Ernest Robinson and his wife Rosie, ofHalton City, Texas, Kenneth Robinson and his wife Linda, ofHouston, Texas, and Wayne Robinson and his wife Sharon, of Harvey,La.; her brother, Jerry Marks and his wife Barbara, of Orange,Texas; her niece, Josephine Reddick, of Halton City; her 17grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces,nephews, other relatives and friends.
