A memorial service for Angelle Quintana Boyd, of Baton Rouge,La., and a native of McComb, were 2 p.m. Saturday, July 1, atAntioch Baptist Church in Monticello.

Boyd, 72, died June 27, 2006, at her residence.

She was a graduate of McComb High School. She was retired fromJ.C. Penney. She loved fishing, reading and watching movies.

Preceding her in death were her parents, Edward and JuanitaQuintana; her brothers, Edmond, Henry and Cameron Quintana; and hersisters, Edwina East, Henrietta Barrass and Bernice McCann.

Survivors are her daughters, Jennie M. Boyd Conyers and husbandMike, of Georgetown, Ky., and Jo Nell Boyd Brister, of Baton Rouge;her sons, Michael D. Boyd and wife Phyllis, of Clinton, and Ed Boydand wife Judy, of Brookhaven; her sisters, Alma Westbrook and AnnBrumfield, both of McComb; her brother, Ben Quintana, of Meridian;her grandchildren, Nathan Boyd, Chelsea Boyd, Cameron Boyd, AllenBoyd, Eric Boyd, Callie Conyers and Cayla Conyers; and her 35nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to theAmerican Diabetes Association, or the charity of your choice.
