SUMMIT — The Summit All-Stars pounded out a 10-1 win overFranklin County Saturday night at Windsor Gay Field in the DixieYouth Major League Southern Subdistrict Six Tournament.

Franklin plays McComb at 6:30 p.m. tonight with the losing teamfacing elimination. The winner advances to face Summit Tuesdaynight at 6.

The winning pitcher was Taylor Smith with three strikeouts. KinMullins absorbed the loss, fanning four batters.

For Summit, Brandon Terrell and Jonathan Freeman led with a homerun apiece

Cori Crowe doubled for Franklin. Hunter Rushing singled.

The Franklin County Dixie Youth annual meetingwill be held Saturday, June 15, at the Dixie Youth Field in Bude.The meeting starts at 2 p.m.
