Billie McCaffrey Moak

Services for Billie McCaffrey Moak, of McComb, are 11 a.m.Friday, Oct. 6, at Hartman Funeral Home of McComb with burial inMoak’s Creek Baptist Church Cemetery in Summit. The Rev. MikeAlexander will officiate.

Visitation is today from 5 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mrs. Moak, 86, died Oct. 3, 2006, at McComb Nursing andRehabilitation Center. She was born in Lincoln County on Aug. 12,1920, to Johnnie and Eunie Brown.

She was a retired beautician. She was a member of Moak’s CreekBaptist Church.

Survivors are her sons, Robert Donald McCaffrey and wifeBarbara, of Brandon, Lewis Raymond McCaffrey and wife Cecile, ofBogue Chitto, and Glen Darrell McCaffrey and wife Debbie, ofCrystal Springs; her brother, Thomas Brown, of Byram; and sevengrandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers are her grandsons and great-grandsons, EricMcCaffrey, Trey McCaffrey, Byron McCaffrey, Robby McCaffrey, GlenMcCaffrey and Jason McCaffrey.

Honorary pallbearers are Jack Rawls, Edwin Johnson and DeltonMoak.

Bobby Dale Ruby

Graveside services for Bobby Dale Ruby, of Ruth, are 10 a.m.Friday, Oct. 6, at Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery in LawrenceCounty. Wilson Funeral Home in Monticello is in charge ofarrangements.

Visitation is today from 6 until 9 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mr. Ruby, 62, died Oct. 3, 2006, at King’s Daughters MedicalCenter. He was born on July 27, 1944, to Leo Ruby and LouiseLambert Ruby.

He was self-employed. He was a member of Antioch BaptistChurch.

Preceding him in death were his parents.

Survivors are his wife, Joyce Ann Beavers Ruby, of Ruth; hisson, Dale Ruby, of Monticello; his daughters, Anna Pepper andTabitha Ruby, both of Ruth; his brothers, Jackie Lambert and JimmyLambert, both of Ruth; his sister, Vicky McCullough, of Midway; andhis seven grandchildren.

Annie Mae Coon Winborne

Services for Annie Mae Coon Winborne, of Brookhaven are 2 p.m.Friday, Oct. 6, at Brookhaven Funeral Home with burial in CalvaryBaptist Church Cemetery in Bogue Chitto.

Visitation is today from 5 until 10 p.m. at the funeralhome.

Mrs. Winborne, 69, died Oct. 4, 2006, at Shady Oaks Home. Shewas born in Lawrence County on Oct. 4, 1937, to Charlie Coon andRosie Lee Boyd Coon.

She was a retired waitress, CNA and factory worker. She was amember of Calvary Baptist Church.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, Jesse A.Winborne Jr.; her daughter, Nancy Winborne Moak; her brothers, J.C.Coon, Earl Coon, Charles Coon and Jewel Coon; and her sister, MaryLee Coon.

Survivors are her son, Jimmy Dose, of Washington; her daughters,Bonita Winborne, Jan Davis and Kay Davis, all of Bogue Chitto; herbrother, Dallas Coon, of Brookhaven; her sisters, Christeen Coon,of Jayess, Grace Clark, of Ruth, and Rose Hux, of Brookhaven; hergrandchildren, Chancy Wallace, Cory Wallace, Chris Wallace,Michelle Hatfield, Chasity Furr, Dawn Barrios, Evette Davis,Tabetha Taylor, Chris Dose, Danny Dose and Dustin Dose; her 10+great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
