Services for Betty Nations Butler, of Vidalia, La., were 11 a.m.today, at Vidalia First Baptist Church with burial in GreenlawnMemorial Park. Laird Funeral Home in Natchez was in charge ofarrangements.

Mrs. Butler, 74, died Oct. 23, 2006, at her residence. She wasborn in Lincoln County on Sept. 2, 1932, to Leroy Luther and LemaOneta McGraw Nations.

She was a member of Vidalia First Baptist Church, where she wasa member of the choir and taught Sunday school.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, BillButler; and her grandchild, Bradley Daughtry.

Survivors are her daughters, Lisa Daughtry and husband Max, ofWinnfield, La., and Renee Skinner, of Jackson; her brothers, W.L.Nations, of Brookhaven, and Ken Nations, of Baton Rouge, La.; hersister, Elaine Johnson, of Brandon; her grandchildren, AdamDaughtry, Mandy Montgomery and Matthew Montgomery; and hergreat-grandchild, Madison Love.
