‘Fuzzy’ Lee Veal

Services for “Fuzzy” Lee Veal, of Crosby, are 11 a.m. Thursday,Nov. 2, at Gloster First Baptist Church with burial in WoodlawnCemetery in Gloster. Marshall Funeral Home is in charge ofarrangements.

Visitation is Wednesday from noon until 5 p.m. at the funeralhome in Bude and on Thursday from 9 a.m. until the time of theservice at the church.

Mr. Veal, 65, died Oct. 24, 2006, at his residence. He was bornin Crosby on Nov. 29, 1940, to John Veal and Hazel NettervilleVeal.

Preceding him in death were his parents; his son, Tommy LeeJackson; and his sister, Hazel Veal Nelson.

Survivors are his loving wife, Mary Ella Veal; his daughters,Benitta Wesco, of Crosby, Bridgette Bell, of Gloster, VallerieWesco, of Berkeley, Calif., Stacy Hurst, of Baton Rouge, La., andZola Veal, of Picayune; his son, Eddie Veal, of Woodville; hissisters, Alma Johnson, Rosetta Scott, Florence Bateaste, ShirleyHall, Patricia Rogers, Nora Roe and Selena Mason; his brothers,David Franklin, Willie Veal and John Veal; and a host ofgrandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
