Services for Billie Faye Calhoun, of Columbia, are 1 p.m.Friday, Dec. 1, at Colonial Funeral Home Chapel in Columbia withburial in Richland Creek Cemetery.

Visitation is Thursday from 5 until 9 p.m. at the funeralhome.

Calhoun, 73, died Nov. 28, 2006, in Columbia. She was born onSept. 8, 1933, in Lawrence County to Jewell Peavey and GertrudeStevens Peavey.

She was a retired seamstress and a member of Heritage FamilyChurch.

She is preceded in death by her birth parents and her adoptiveparents, Jewitt Mason and Lillian Mason Delaughter.

Survivors are her son, Daniel Calhoun, of Grapevine, Texas; herdaughters, Evelyn Calhoun, of Columbia, Bonnie Potter, ofSenatobia, Regina Stewart, of Grand Bay, Ala., and Debbie Mason, ofBrookhaven; her brother, Robert Peavey, of Mobile, Ala.; her 17grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
