Eugene ‘Mane’ Hutchins

Services for Eugene “Mane” Hutchins, of Natchez, are 2 p.m.Saturday, Dec. 23, at Beulah Baptist Church in Natchez with burialin Hutchins Cemetery in Adams County. Marshall Funeral Home is incharge of arrangements.

Visitation is today from 6 until 9 p.m. at the church, and onSaturday from noon until service time.

Mr. Hutchins, 57, died Dec. 16, 2006, at his residence. He wasborn in Adams County on Sept. 8, 1949, to Gerard and Clara E.Hutchins.

Preceding him in death were his parents; his wife, Barbara AnnHutchins; and his brother, Gerard Hutchins Jr.

Survivors are his daughters, Trinita, Lawanda Kay, Monica,Trenisha and Breanna, all of Dallas, Texas; his sons, Gerald,Cedric and Richard, all of Dallas; his brothers, Clarence Hutchins,of Dallas, John Hutchins, Samuel Hutchins, Leon Hutchins, all ofFort Worth, Texas, Francis Hutchins, of Fayette, Joseph Hutchins,of Athens, Ga., Charles Hutchins and Willie Hutchins, both ofNatchez; his sisters, Dinah Williams, Rosie Hutchins and ClaraBarnes; his eight grandchildren and one great-granddaughter; and ahost of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Johnny Earl Jones

Services for Johnny Earl Jones, of Natchez, are 1 p.m. today,Dec. 22, at St. Matthews Baptist Church in Garden City with burialin Kettley Cemetery. Marshall Funeral Home is in charge ofarrangements.

Visitation is today from 11 a.m. until the time of the serviceat the church.

Mr. Jones, 48, died Dec. 17, 2006, at St. Dominic-JacksonMemorial Hospital. He was born on Oct. 26, 1958, to Arthur Jonesand Lugene Kettley Jones.

Preceding him in death were his parents; his brothers, JamesEarl Jones and Louis Earl Jones; and his sister, Estelle Jones.

Survivors are his his son, Towaski Jones, LaPatrick Jones andSheves Collins.

Bernice K. Lyons

Services for Bernice K. Lyons, of Wesson, are 11 a.m. Saturday,Dec. 23, at Rocky Hill Baptist Church in Wesson with burial in thechurch cemetery. Riverwood Family Funeral Service is in charge ofarrangements.

Visitation is today from 4 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home, andon Saturday from 10 a.m. until the time of the service at thechurch.

Mrs. Lyons, 80, died Dec. 21, 2006, at her residence. She wasborn on Oct. 6, 1926, to Lamar Kimble and Lillie Mae MunnKimble.

She was the former owner of Ms. Bea’s, and also worked in thecafeteria at Wesson Attendance Center. She was a member of RockyHill Baptist Church.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her brother, Frank L.Kimble; and her grandchildren, Craig Phillips and C.J. Lyons.

Survivors are her husband, George M. Lyons, of Wesson; her sons,Ashley Lyons and wife Wanda, Billy Lyons and wife Rebecca, CalvinLyons and wife Rhonda, and Alvin Lyons and wife Angie; herdaughter, Patsy Lyons Phillips and husband Tommy; her 11grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to Hospice Ministries.

Girtrude White

Services for Girtrude White, of Natchez, are 1 p.m. Saturday,Dec. 23, at Bethlehem Baptist Church in the Cannonburg communitywith burial in the church cemetery. Marshall Funeral Home is incharge of arrangements.

Visitation is today from 7 until 9 p.m. at the church, and onSaturday from 11 a.m. until the time of the service.

Mrs. White, 77, died Dec. 16, 2006, at Natchez Regional MedicalCenter. She was born in Stampley on Nov. 29, 1929, to Robert GreenSr. and Mary C. Ford Green.

She was a member of Mount Valley Chapter 29 of Eastern Star andUnited Friendly.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, DanielWhite Sr.; and her brothers, Robert Green Jr. and MacArthurGreen.

Survivors are her children, Charles White, James White, DanielWhite, Ruby As-sabor, Bobbie Harris, Henry White, JoAnn Furegon,Terry White and Patricia White, all of Natchez; her sisters, AzileeJones, of Detroit, Mich., L.V. White and Aretha Lucus, both ofChicago, Ill., and Thelma White, of Natchez; her brothers, AlfredL. Green, of Stampley, and James Green, of Chicago; her 20grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren; her eight aunts and oneuncle; her five sisters-in-law and five brothers-in-law; and a hostof nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
