Services for Jasper “Butch” Walker, of Wesson, were Sunday, Dec.24, at Community Funeral Services Chapel with burial in SpringhillPentecostal Church Cemetery in Wesson.

Mr. Walker, 65, died Dec. 23, 2006, at King’s Daughters MedicalCenter. He was born on April 15, 1941, to Jasper Walker and MattieHamilton.

Preceding him in death were his parents; his brothers, James L.Walker and Robert “Bobby” Walker; and his sister, Alyne Walker.

Survivors are his brother, Curtis Walker, of Elko, Nev.; hissisters, Lou Ellen Walker, of Brookhaven, Edith Tarver, ofBeaumont, Texas, and Inez Jackson, of Wesson; and host of niecesand nephews.
