Services for John C. “Charles” Roberts, of Bogue Chitto, were 2p.m. Sunday, Jan. 21, at Brookhaven Funeral Home on Natchez Drive,with burial in Gum Grove Baptist Church Cemetery in LincolnCounty.

Mr. Roberts, 40, died Jan. 19, 2007, at Southwest MississippiRegional Medical Center, of McComb. He was born in Brookhaven onMarch 17, 1966, to John Thomas Roberts and Helen Marie BowmanRoberts.

He was disabled and had been a mechanic. He was a member of theBaptist faith.

Survivors are his mother, Helen Marie Bowman Roberts, ofBrookhaven; his father, John Thomas Roberts, of Brookhaven; hissister, Annie P. Case and husband Rickey Case, of Brookhaven; andhis nieces, Jessica and Katie Case.
