Services for Ruby Idell Bales Williams, of Bogue Chitto, are 2p.m. Monday, Jan. 22, at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church nearBrookhaven with burial in the church cemetery. Harrigill FuneralHome is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Williams, 82, died Jan. 19, 2007, at her residence. She wasborn on July 8, 1924, to James Prentiss Bales and Mary StocktonBales.

She was a homemaker.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, RayfordAndrew Williams; her sons, Charles Williams and Joe Williams; herbrothers, J.W. Bales, J.B. Bales and Julius Bales; her sisters,Irene Daughdrill and Jessie Carlile; her grandchild, Lance Smithand her great-grandchild, Dylan Williams.

Survivors are her sons, Roger Williams, and Ellis Williams andwife Elaine, all of Brookhaven; her daughters, Patsy Burns andhusband Ronnie, Frances Smith and husband Virgil, Mary Nell Clarkand husband Ronnie, and Betty Case and husband Gerald, all of BogueChitto; her sister, Lessie Waldon, of Wesson; and her 19grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
