Services for Oscar Lee Russell Sr., of Chicago, Ill., are 11a.m. Saturday, Feb. 17, at Mt. Zion M.B. Church in Bogue Chittowith burial in the church cemetery. R.E. Tyler Funeral Home is incharge of arrangements.

Mr. Russell, 74, died Feb. 12, 2007, at Holy Cross HospitalSeason Hospice and Palliative Care in Chicago. He was born on Dec.22, 1932, to Eugene Russell and Lou Bell Russell.

He was a a graduate of Crane High School in Chicago, and HurstJunior College in Chicago. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force.He worked for 20 years as a manager of environmental services withRush St. Luke Hospital and was later employed with WestfieldCorporation.

Preceding him in death were his parents.

Survivors are his wife, Rosemary Russell, of Chicago; his sons,Oscar Russell Jr. and David Russell; his daughters, Deborah RussellDavis, Stephanie Russell, Rosalind Russell, Jennifer Varvel andSerena Russell; and his 20 grandchildren and 13great-grandchildren.
