Services for Mary Ardell Brumfield, of Brookhaven, are 1 p.m.Tuesday, Feb. 20, at Center Street Church of Christ in Brookhavenwith burial in Sandy Branch Cemetery in Lucedale on Wednesday, Feb.21, at 1 p.m. Williams Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation is Monday, Feb. 19, from 1 until 7 p.m. at thefuneral home, with family hour from 6 until 7 p.m.

Mrs. Brumfield, 71, died Feb. 16, 2007, at her residence. Shewas born in Lucedale on Dec. 2, 1935, to Charles White and CarrieWhite.

She was retired. She was a member of Center Street Church ofChrist.

Preceding her in death were her parents; three infant children;and two brothers, Henry Nix and J.C. Nix.

Survivors are her husband, Clyde Brumfield, of Brookhaven; herdaughter, Janice Brumfield, of Brookhaven; her brother, Alfred LeeNix, of Lucedale; her sisters, Evelyn Nixon, Lillian Bouchee andEstelle Polk, all of Lucedale; her grandchildren, Orionna Brumfieldand Shana Brumfield, both of Brookhaven; and many nieces, nephewsand other relatives.
