The Brookhaven Academy golf team won a 4-team scramble at theBrookhaven Country Club Tuesday afternoon. Brookhaven finished with314 followed by Copiah with 324, Natchez Trinity with 365 andParklane with 376.

Brookhaven’s Jacob Ross, age 12, won the medalist honors,scoring 74 in a two-hole playoff. Following Ross in order of finishfor the Cougars were Shea Smith 76, Hunter Wilson 80, JenningsMills 84, Daniel Lofton 89 and Kolby Kent 114.

Taking second medalist honors was Jackson Bryant of Trinity with74.
