Donald Earl Levi Jr.
Services for Donald Earl Levi Jr., of Brookhaven, are 2 p.m.,Saturday, March 24 at Center Street Church of God In Christ inBrookhaven with burial in New Hope Church Cemetery in Wesson.
Visitation is Friday from 1 until 8 p.m. with family hour from 7until 8 p.m. at Williams Mortuary.
Mr. Levi, 34, died March 18, 2007, at King’s Daughters MedicalCenter. He was born on July 29, 1972, in Copiah County to DonaldEarl Levi Sr. and Dorothy Lee Levi.
He was a 1991 graduate of Brookhaven High School and a brickmason. He was a member of Center Street Church of God inChrist.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Ed Willieand Cattie Cain and his paternal grandfather, Levester Levi.
He is survived by his mother, Dorothy Lee Levi, of Brookhaven;his father, Donald Earl Levi, of Wesson; two daughters, I’esha Leviand Zikita Levi, both of Hazlehurst; his adopted son, Jimmy CrumpJr., of Hazlehurst; his sister, Kena Levi Allen, of Brookhaven; hishalf sister, Chasitty Smith, of Wesson; his brother, Willie StalonLevi, of Brookhaven; his half brother, Dontrae Smith, of Wesson;his paternal grandmother, Almeda Levi Vaughn, of Wesson; and a hostof nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Ruby Mae Roberts
Services for Ruby Mae Roberts, of Brookhaven, are 11 a.m.Friday, March 23, at Johnston Chapel United Methodist Church withburial in the church cemetery. The Rev. Allen Dearing willofficiate. Catchings Funeral Home in McComb is in charge ofarrangements.
Visitation is Thursday from 5 until 9 p.m., and on Friday from 9a.m. until the time of the service at the church.
Mrs. Roberts, 85, died March 21, 2007, at Brook Manor NursingCenter. She was born in Pike County on May 7, 1921, to John HenryRoberts and Mary Bigner Roberts.
She was retired from her job as a seamstress with Kellwood. Shewas a member of Johnston Chapel United Methodist Church.
Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, ClarenceRoberts; her brothers, John T., Lloyd and Henry Roberts; hersisters, Mamie Williams, Norma McDaniels and Bobbye Yarborough.
Survivors are her her daughters, Bobbye R. Roberts, of Enon,Emily R. Allred, of Bogue Chitto, and Brenda R. Williamson andhusband David, of Summit; her seven grandchildren; 13great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
Pallbearers are Paul Allred, Reuben Allred, Duane Roberts, DaleRoberts, Keith Williamson, Todd Williamson and Daniel Bales.
