Have you or someone you know been Scene About Town lately? Ifso, we want to see!

Beginning in today’s Lifestyle section is a new feature just foryou and your photos.

We want you to submit your personal photos from any of yoursocial gatherings, which can include birthday parties, clubgatherings, school and church reunions, picnics, bridal or weddingshowers, or any social event. We want to see you and your familyand friends having fun!

We will accept up to three photos from a small event or up tofive photos from a larger event. We ask that all photographs be infocus and in good taste. Photos may be candid or posed.

Photos may be submitted at our front office or e-mailed toevents@dailyleader.com. Each submission should include the person’sname submitting the photo; each person identified, starting withthe person on the left; the date of the event; where the photo wasmade; why the photo was taken (event); and a daytime phone number.We will have a form available in our front office to assist you insubmission process.

For an example of Scene About Town, see page 7C in today’sLifestyles section. We have taken employee photos and created asample page for you to view.

We ask that you only submit photos taken in our five-countycirculation area, which includes Lincoln, Lawrence, Franklin,Copiah and Pike counties. We also want current photos which havebeen taken in the last two months.

Photos will run each biweekly in the Lifestyles section of thenewspaper until we have enough photos to make this a weeklyfeature. All photos will run on a first come, first served basisand as space allows.
