Services for Martha Ann “Mott” Jackson-Jones, of Natchez, are 1p.m. Saturday, June 2, at Pilgrim Baptist Church on Wilson Road inNatchez with burial in Pine Hill Cemetery in Natchez. MarshallFuneral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation is Friday from 5 until 9 p.m. at the church, and onSaturday from 11 a.m. until the time of the service.

Mrs. Jones, 39, died May 23, 2007, at the University ofMississippi Medical Center in Jackson. She was born in Merigold onJune 26, 1967, to Richard and Sarah Jackson.

She was a graduate of the Advance School of Cosmetology.

Preceding her in death were her father, Richard Jackson; hermaternal grandparents, Rosetta Jones Knight and Lawrence KnightSr.; and her paternal grandparents, Lucy Wells Jackson and ThornorJackson.

Survivors are her husband, Eddie “PeeWee” Jones, of Natchez; herdaughter, Eddrena Jones, of Natchez; her mother, Sarah Jackson, ofNatchez; her sisters, Mary Louise Jackson, of Champaign, Ill., MaryAnn Morgan, Pansa Jackson-Blanton, Lenora McMorris and MinnieJackson, all of Natchez; her brothers, Charles Knight, of Gautier,Percy Knight, Richard Knight and Leroy Jackson, all of Natchez,Lawrence Jackson, of Hattiesburg, and Randy Jackson, of Houston,Texas; seven aunts, one uncle, two great-uncles, and a host ofnieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
