WESSON — Wesson senior running back Roy Williams doesn’t talk alot but he lets his actions speak for himself on the footballfield.

In the Cobras 42-39 win over the Sumrall Bobcats last Friday,Williams rushed the football 33 times for 138 yards and scored 3touchdowns in the first quarter.

The win improved the undefeated Cobras record to 3-0 on theseason.

For his accomplishments, Williams has been named The DAILYLEADER’s Offensive Player of the Week for the third week of the2007 football season.

“It feels good,” smiled Williams Monday afternoon in the Wessonfield house. “I have a very good offensive line to help me getwhere I am at.”
