Services for Ula Lee Wells, of Monticello and formerly of NewOrleans, La., will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 26, atWilliams Mortuary Chapel with burial in Hillcrest Cemetery inBrookhaven.

Visitation is Friday from 10 a.m. until the time of the serviceat the funeral home.

Mrs. Wells, 82, died Oct. 18, 2007, at Forrest General Hospitalin Hattiesburg. She was born on Oct. 8, 1925, to Joseph LaDay andAdline LaDay.

She was retired. She was a member of God Teach Us Your WayMinistry in Liberty.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her husbands, John E.Brown and Livingston Wells; her brothers, Earl Harris, Floyd LaDay,L.J. LaDay, Joseph LaDay and Leo LaDay; and her sister, ClaraLaDay.

Survivors are her daughter, Rosa Lee Brown, of Little Rock,Ark.; her six grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, and sevengreat-great-grandchildren.
