Services for Cletis Lowah Cole, of Collins, are 10 a.m.Saturday, Dec. 1, at Covington County Church of Christ in Collinswith burial in church cemetery. Joe Hisle and Jay Culbertson willofficiate services.
Visitation is Friday from 4:30 until 9 p.m. at Billy M. KingColonial Chapel in Collins.
Mrs. Cole, 80, died Nov. 28, 2007, at Forrest General Hospitalin Hattiesburg. She was born in Collins on Nov. 15, 1927, to BryanSanderson and Tera Rawls Sanderson.
She was a retired retail clerk and a member of the CovingtonCounty Church of Christ.
Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, GeraldHestal Cole; her grandson, Alan Ryan Smith; a sister, BlancheHerrington; and two brothers, Denzel Sanderson and J.P.Sanderson.
She is survived by her daughter, Geraldine Smith and herhusband, Rodney, of Brookhaven; her sons, Roger Cole and his wife,Martha, of Philadelphia, David Cole and his wife, Kate, of Collins,Greg Cole and his wife, Melissa, of Collins, and Joel Cole and hiswife, Anita, of Marengo, Ind.; her sisters, Irma Doss, of Memphis,Tenn., Norma Sinquefield, of Laurel, and Betty Beeson, of Laurel;nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and a dear lovingfriend, Tony Mooney, of Collins.
Pallbearers are Jimmy Rawls, Travis Burgess, Greg Fleming, ScottRawls, Mark Walters and Slade Powell.
Honorary pallbearers will be Aaron Cole, Brien Cole, CarterCulbertson, Spencer Fleming, Ryan Cole, Colby Culbertson, GraysonFleming, Beau Whitneber and Wyatt Sprague.
