Services for Lucy Mae “Lulu” Parker, of Crosby, will be held at1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 8, at Mercy Seat Ministry Baptist Church inPort Gibson with burial in the church cemetery. Marshall FuneralHome is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation is Friday from 7 until 9 p.m. at the funeral home inBude, and on Saturday at the church from noon until the time of theservice.

Parker, 62, died Nov. 30, 2007, at her residence. She was bornin Port Gibson on Oct. 21, 1945, to Matt and Mary Parker.

Preceding her in death were her mother, Mary Parker; and hergrandmother, Florence Champ.

Survivors are her daughter, Jonesia M. Parker, of Crosby; hersons, Curtis Parker and Wendell Parker, both of Dallas, Texas; herfather, Matt Parker; her sisters, Elaine Joseph, Bettye JeanParker, Linda Jackson, Anita Parker, all of Dallas, and MarieHerrington, of Port Gibson; her brothers, Alfred Parker, ofJackson, Douglas Parker, of Dallas, Larry Ray Parker, of PortGibson, Junior Herrington and Johnny Herrington, both of Fayette;her seven grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, otherrelatives and friends.
