Services for Glenn Kennedy, of Reeves, La., are 11 a.m. Tuesday,Dec. 12, at Ardoin Funeral Home in Kinder, La., with burial inPerkins Memorial Cemetery. Bro. Glenn Ducharme will officiateservices.

Visitation is Monday from 4 until 10 p.m. and will continueTuesday from 8 a.m. until time of service at the funeral home.

Mr. Kennedy died Dec. 8, 2007, in Kinder.

He was a 16-year veteran of the Allen Parish Sheriff’sDepartment.

Preceding him in death was his daughter, Amber Kennedy; and hisfather, George Kennedy.

He is survived by his wife, Peggy Kennedy; his mother, SarahKennedy, of Bogue Chitto; a son, Anthony Kennedy, of Reeves; adaughter, Alana Kennedy, of Brookhaven; one brother, Steve Kennedyand his wife, Dawn, of McComb; two sisters, Sarah Lynn Rushing andher husband, Decator, of Brookhaven, and Julia Ann Richardson andher husband, Johnny, of Bogue Chitto; three grandchildren, Hayley,Hayden and Kaylee; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
