Services for Henrietta Smith Britt, of Brookhaven, will be heldat 2 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 24, at Macedonia Baptist Church inBrookhaven with burial in the church cemetery. Brookhaven FuneralHome on North Jackson Street is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation is Wednesday from 5 until 9 p.m. at the funeralhome.

Mrs. Britt, 77, died Jan. 21, 2008, at her residence. She wasborn in Lincoln County on Nov. 11, 1930, to George W. Smith and AdaJayne Smith Smith.

She was a homemaker. She was a member of Macedonia BaptistChurch.

She is survived by her husband, J.B. Britt, of Brookhaven; hersons, George Stephen Britt and wife Phyllis, of Jackson, BruceBritt and wife René, and Daniel Britt, all of Brookhaven; herdaughter, Pam Jackson, of Crystal Springs; her brother, the Rev.Jimmy T. Smith and wife Mary, of Brookhaven; her 10 grandchildrenand four great-grandchildren.
